Will do next time, everyone was so tired of waiting for it to come off the smokers so I just snapped a few with my phone then served

lol I am on it!. This BBQ thing is probably going to be my most expensive hobby, But I love it!

And you might get to the point where you'll need professional help if you assemble a small photo studio equipped with props and special photo lights where you bring your plates that you've arranged the food from tricks you've learned from food stylists in order to take your pics. Then, take 20-30 shots from different angles before you take the plate, join the family and eat your room temp food! lol
All this is after taking 20 or 30 other shots during the cook!
