My daughter dips just about everything she eats in Ranch dressing. Last night as I was doing some "over the weekend cooking adventures"; I thought about this.

Has anyone ever seen or used the cold smoker box that can be added to a Traeger grill?
I was talking to one of the local dealers and mentioned a cold smoker to do cheese and he said he had one that Traeger used to make when they were made in the US. I have never seen one or even heard about...
I have been wanting to try some goat also known as cabrito (young goat). I have a leg in the freezer that I am going to do this weekend. Just wondering if anyone has suggestions or tips.

I just did my first apple pie on my Traeger. Later I will be doing so Korean short ribs. Tomarrow I will be doing some wings (have't decided what flavor) and some smoked bacon wrapped chicken livers.
