    Thanks , Bob, Great Customer Service

    We moved to a new house last week and the Mak would not ignite the pellets. A quick call to Mak customer service solved the problem. Turns out the vibration from the move caused the igniter to retract. A quick adjustment and all is well. Thanks , Bob

    Slab O Tofu on the Mak

    While waiting for the Mak to heat up last night to grill some fresh rock cod my health conscious son threw a slab of Tofu seasoned with lemon pepper and garlic salt into the warming / smoking box.     Reboot Pellet Boss

    For several months I have been having the same start up problem. After programing the Pellet Boss, the readout tells me that the pellets are igniting but nothing happens. I then turn of the Pellet Boss, reprogram and then it starts up. Please advise.
