    Question about St Louis Spareribs

    Little Meal I put together. First time I did St. Louis style and I think I like them better. These were great. Little on the tender side, like the bones were falling out while cutting them up.     My first cook

    These are my first attempt at a pellet smoker other than the bacon last night. Hope they look ok. Tasted dang good. Still waiting for my BPS rubs I ordered though. May have been better with those. Picked up a rib rub at Costco that they use it says. Thanks do comments. Honest is best. Thank u.
