Got a question. When I get my St. Louis ribs one rib out of 3 from Costco usually has a strip of bone or something connecting several of the rib bones. Wife hates it. Any ideas?

These are my first attempt at a pellet smoker other than the bacon last night. Hope they look ok. Tasted dang good. Still waiting for my BPS rubs I ordered though. May have been better with those. Picked up a rib rub at Costco that they use it says. Thanks do comments. Honest is best. Thank u.
