I frequently buy those bags of frozen salmon fillets at Costco. I usually make them just by either blackening & cooking in a pan, or microwave 'em and add Raspberry Chipotle sauce.
After while they get boring. Does anyone have any creative ideas for smoking them (I have a Trager) or anything...
I am looking to get a remote bbq thermometer and have got two candidates:
1. Maverick ET732
2. iGrill by Apple
Can anyone give me feedback on remote thermometers, and especially these two?
Any help will be appreciated.
