I have always had a propane/wood chunk smoker with a water bowl. Got a new GMG pellet grill for a gift. Luv it but my brisket is better and moister in my old smoker. Why is there no water bowl in the pellet smoker? Don't laugh like I said I'm new to this. Trying to figure out how to put one in...
