    Some nice Chops

    Tonights cook on the MAK was some nice Pork Chops from the half pig we got this spring. They were seasoned with Zero to Hero rub. Smoked for an hour, then about 45 minutes at 350. They were finished of with EATS IPO sauce. Yum :)
