Hey from the Evergreen State
Newbie to smoking. Today I will do my first smoke job on my new Traeger. I will be doing a Tri Tip. Yesterday I prepared the meat using a dry rub and letting it sit in the fridge overnight. If you have any pointers, I am open - wish me luck. Happy Smoking! Don- dnew
