I'm tom from Pennsylvania. Glad to be a part of this group . Mostly smoke wild game or cheese . My newest interest is in bringing hams and such . First attempt I'd score about 6 out of 10 . Turned out alittle salty for my taste . Anxious to learn some of the tricks of the trade !
