Me not so good but i did get all the meats turn in 35 out 48 for the first comp i will take it.

I signed up for the Wildomar comp next month this will be my first one and yes I will be using two BPS Drums and a couple pellet smokers. Just found out that BP will be there also I guess if you are to go down it mite as well be by the big dog :)

When i was watching Pitmasters last weekend and they gave Johnny Tigg the hog jaws he said he was going to use garlic salt on put them on the weber. That back side of that bottle look like the same season garlic salt that i have and it would be BP. Was it yours.

Put a couple of Tri Tips on the Traeger at 180* for a couple hours until the IT was 110*.
I had already removed the drip pan from my custom build and put the grill grates on the heat deflector on high.
Threw them on for six minutes.
Flip them over until IT was at 135* some of the best Tri Tip...
