    Sunday smörgåsbord cook

    My son and his fiancé were here for the weekend so I got to cook. I started with baby backs, added a spiral ham, (To take on a trip to FL to visit my parents) added some small filet's that I wet aged. I then finished the cook with asparagus. Wife made the potatos and the mushrooms.

    I plan on using Desert Gold and garlic EVOO. Do you marinate the asparagus in the evoo or just coat? Also what temp should I use. Thanks in advance. JRR

    Saturday night pizza

    Pizza with Mama Leonis Rosemary Basil crust. Mine was pepperoni mushroom with pepperonis evo (man that stuff is "good" and also hot) Wife's was spinach, mushrooms, with garlic evo. She made half of hers a calzone.
