Had a good time over at the Lakeland Pig Fest today. This is probably the biggest KCBS Competition in Florida and its Jam packed. I was told that out of around 150 teams 27 of them where all pellet teams. Even most of the teams that had big smokers had a pellet smoker lurking in thier camp. Me...
