Thought I would share an "experience" I had using foil on my (2012 MAK 2 Star General) drip pan and flame zone covers. It goes like this:[/B]
1. Brand new MAK and trying to keep it clean and new looking.
2. Used non stick foil "smaller size roll" and had to overlap two pieces.

I Cooked a 12.5lb. Brisket on Wednesday night and plan on serving it Saturday.. Any suggestion on how to rewarm on my MAK without drying it out? I saved the dripping after FTCing. Thanks for your help.

They were a hit and so easy on my new Grill Grates. Used local HEB grocery store "Fin and Feather" marinade and the smelled good enough to eat even before I put them on the grill. Here are some Pics...
Waiting on my MAK 2Star Gen. to arrive from Big Poppa and received my Grill Grate's today. Couldn't wait to try: to say the least they didn't disappoint. Beautiful sear marks, juicy, and no flair up's to worry about even though lots of smoke... Only wish I would have known about them sooner.
Anyone have some advice they will share on rub, sauces, and marinades... that are gluten free as well as no MSG... I have a family member that is very sensitive to both.
