1st time pellet user from AZ

My name is Art and I am a 1st time pellet user (pellet user - sounds like I'm an addict....guess that could end up being true) Just got a REC TEC 2 days ago and have done bacon and ribs so far and turned out great. Love the wealth of info available on this site. Glad to be here.

Howdy from Flagstaff, azloon. Are you part Canuck? I've run into a few loons on the lakes in the boundary waters of northern Minnesota and western Ontario. I've also run into a LOT of loons and toons (well, make that loonies and twonies) in the bars up there.

Not part Canuck.....although I did grow up (or spent my earlier years) in Minnesota and several trips to Lake of the Woods fihing for walleye and spent 1o days in Boundary Waters canoeing years ago. Wife likes grill so much she is going to Cornish Hens today...thats a 1st as she has never wanted to use a grill or smoker before. Will need to learn how to post pictures in future.
