Phred is a very experienced cook I am so pleased he is happy with his new Mak grill. BBQ just got a whole lot easier, without giving up a single thing.

Thanks everyone. I learned a new trick too. While the pork shoulder was smoking we melted the provolone cheese on our turkey sandwichs in the warming tray. Put the sandwich right next to the heat vents in the warming try.
