Made some chicken enchiladas. and then peach razberry crisp, and another triple fudge lava cake. My wife asked me to bake some goods and donate to a bake sale fund raiser for a gal she works with..... all the girls love my cooking where she works.

Then my wife had this plate made for me.......pretty funny and cool and they same time.

Interesting. I can't have canned soups, but I usually mix enchilada sauce & sour cream, then top with cheese. I'll have to try adding some Velveeta to that mix next time. Thanks Sorge!

I will have to try that too. sounds good. I put sour cream into the chicken mixture too.
