Any Rub, Product, or Accessory that Big Poppa Smokers should add?

Jims Barbecue mentioned Susie Qs "Santa Maria" on the MSG thread. I would definitely second that one. That stuff goes good with everything, espescially venison.

I think there are mats made to put under your grill or smoker to protect the deck. I am a little bit of a slob. I'd like to be able to order something like that when I order my MAK next month.

Ok, I know that this is a pellet forum, and hopefully I can add this without getting too much flack :)

I have been looking for a nice, decent priced Santa Maria Style charcoal pit for quite some time with no luck. I would be interested to see if there is something out there that folks would be interested in that BPS could add to the link. Image if meadowcreek made a Santa Maria style pit, now that would be awesome!

Hey, we could add pellets to the charcoal to make it work too :)

Just my two cents!

Those are very nice grills. Definately like them. The larger units are a little pricey, but the workmanship looks great. The insert looks like a very nice unit and very reasonably priced. I will contact Jessie and get the details.

Thanks again, did not know you were a dealer for them!

We use a lot of Jim Baldridge Secret Seasoning. Mostly on prime rib.

Havent tried a lot of those mentioned on here yet. Plan to though.

Tabasco in the 1/2 gallon and/or gallon jugs. I can't find this size anywhere in Canada or anywhere in the US that will ship for a decent price.
