Bacon Salt.

Has anybody ever used bacon salt? I found some at my local pellet store. I haven't used it yet, but it sure smell's tasty.

Yep, good stuff. Gives a nice smoky flavor to vegetables, etc. (it's really good on shrimp)

This is a seasoning (I guess) but would probably add a nice touch to a rub. I saw it in 3 flavors. Garlic,pepper and I can't remember the other one. The "I can't remember the other one" doesn't sound very good does it? ha ha ha
