I guess i can post this because i am going to use Oak pellets on my Bradley heater slide.

Got 5 lbs of venison SS & Bologna hanging to dry the casings.

Rick, have you ever tried pellets in the a-maze-n smoker?? Not sure if they would burn worth a darn or not..
