Big Easy Bacon Dogs

Decided to dust off my Big Easy for a quick cook

Some Hoffy Bacon Wrapped Dogs(two missing wife ate em) and my Big Easy Kabob Hooks...

Dogs were lanced with the skewers and then brushed with Habanero Mango Texas Rib Candy & dusted with Soileau's...

Time for the hanging...

And into The Big Easy for 20 minutes...

They're done...

Now onto the buns with a drizzle of Bone Suckin' Sauce...

They were good!
