Birthday Dinner with Friends!

Well here comes one of two posts from the weekend's adventures in cooking. Now that I am a pellet smoker people tend to ask me to cook. Soooo I cooked my own bday dinner.

Let's start here:

Let me just say I LOVE MY NEW FIRE WIRE SKEWERS. Made the whole process from beginning to end so much easier.

Up close so you can see the yummmmmm factor:

I love all the infused Olive Oils, but lemon & basil are my favorite for veggies and salads!!!

Sorry, no plated pic. We had twice baked potatoes prepped by a dear friend and a delicious lemonade cake, with raspberry cream cheese frosting. That I did not make.

But just for grins, here is my latest cake creation--The Cheeseburger!!!

That is certainly the favorite thus far, but with so many rubs to try I had to break away! Gotta try them all...
