start by smoking 1/2 lb bacon and 1lb.sausage. or however you want to cook. I put little Louie's garlic pepper on the sausage while cooking. set aside till needed

to make country gravy

4 tablespoons butter
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups half-and-half cream
2 chicken bouillon cubes -ground or chopped up with knife
1/4 teaspoon dry Thyme
1/4 teaspoon dry Sage
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
pepper to liking

in skillet put in butter and onions cook to soften
onions. stir in garlic.

stir in flour slowly

stir in half and half slowly

stir in rest of ingredients one at a time to ensure ingredients mix in well.

stirr in another cup half and half, and add a little of the bacon and sausage (not a lot) and let simmer till needed.

16 oz tube of buttermilk biscuit dough
6 eggs
2 c cheese, shredded (more would not hurt ) I use sharp cheddar
1/2 c milk
salt and pepper, to taste

set grill to 350. Take a 13x9-in pan . Cut each biscuit dough into 4ths
and place them bottom of the pan how you want.

Scatter the sausage and bacon over the biscuit pieces, then top with shredded cheese.

Whisk eggs and milk with a pinch of salt and pepper, then pour over the pan.

pour gravy over the pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes,

Cut and serve. It's delicious warm right out of the oven!
