Today I cooked 3 chicken legs, that I separated into thighs and drumsticks, at 350F on my Louisiana CS-450.

After 20 minutes they were flipped and cooked another 20 minutes.

Then they were glaced with a blackberry-soy-sauce.

Plated up with several creamcheese mixtures (thuna, mango and smoked salmon on salad and in cherry-tomatoes).

Two questions:

1. Is the blackberry soy sauce something you mixed yourself or did you buy it?

2. How do you eat the cream cheese mixtures? On the chicken, on crackers, by itself with a spoon, on something else??? Which is it, just curious...

The color of the chicken is outstanding, by the way. Looks awesome.

The sauce is selfmade of blackberry jam, soy sauce, mirin, habanero honey, brown sugar and ginger powder.

You can eat the cream cheese together with the salad leaf on which it's placed. That is easy to do with a fork.
