Brats Gone Wild!!

Used some Wisconsin Brats that we made up earlier this year for this cook. These brats go great with everything! Onions, green peppers, and some fresh garlic in a pan with some butter to cook down and get soft. Wisconsin brats getting grilled.

While the brats were resting and waiting to be sliced I toasted some ciabatta buns on the grill with some garlic butter.

Topped with cheese, the onion & pepper mix, more cheese, the sliced brats, and more cheese!

Back on to the grill to melt the cheese.

Meal tuned out excellent and I see a lot more of these creations in the future!
