Brisket deal at Costco

I don't know if this can be found everywhere but I was perusing the meat case at Costco and came across prime packers for $2.69 a pound! If I can find more will full packers freeze well?

The "full" briskets I've seen at Costco in my area in cryovac are not what I'd call a full packer. They trim most of the point off at the plant and only a remnant of a point is left on the flat in the cryovac. Definitely not what I'd call a "full packer".
To answer your question, yes, brisket freezes well. In fact, there are teams that'll cook nothing other than a defrosted brisket in competition.

scooter you are way behind...I have bought CASES of prime packers from costco....usually in a market they hit one store...they are fabulous

no in the desert the palm desert one carries them the La Quinta one doesnt you just have to call the meat departments.
