Purchased a 14 inch knife from Big Poppa Smokers to slice brisket

Works very good. I have been using a electric knife because I never found a knife until now I liked.

I bought a Forshner (sp?) 14" slicer after attending the Rod Gray cooking class several years ago. Love it. It does make a difference cutting certain meats, like brisket.

the forschner and victorionox are the same knife....very good...but the messermeister stuff in all three levels are just fabulous.
