Burnt End Help

I was wondering if anyone had anyone tips on making burnt ends. Such as when during the cook do you cut up the point to make them?



When the brisket is finished cooking separate the point from the flat. Cube up the point and put in a half pan. Take some of the jus from the foil and mix with some of your favorite bbq sauce then pour over the cubed up point and toss around. cover with foil and put back on the smoker for about an hour. Uncover the pan and toss the chunks then cook them uncovered for about another hour tossing them often.
