It's fall , it's time for winter squash.... so yesterday I grabbed some precut butternut squash, tossed with some olive oil, salt & pepper. Had the weber kettle already going so put it in there with some apple pellets.
mashed some of the squash up, mixed with some cream, some pasta water, sage, salt, pepper, mixed it all up with some whole wheat rotini. diced up the remaining squash, fontina, smoked mozzarella and tossed it all up. Grated some parm over the top
sweet italian sausage and the pasta on the grill, garlic bread on at the very end
