creative ideas for jalapenos and bananna peppers

We've got 3 racks of ribs in the fridge and some friends coming over for some chow on the 4th July. The garden has blessed me with abundance of fresh jalapenos and yellow banana peppers. Looking for some good ideas on how I might be able to serve those bad boys up.

I made some jalapeno poppers a couple of weeks ago with cheddar, cream cheese and wrapped with bacon. (We only had turkey bacon, the texture was a little off. The peppers were real good, had good heat and flavor but the bacon didn't do it any favors.

Thanks

Wrapping with bacon is good. Also try topping with some sausage for armadillo egg style poppers (or totally wrap in sausage for full size armadillo eggs).

Don't discount just stuffing them with the cheddar/cream cheese mix, (no bacon or sausage) and smoking them that way. The cheese stuffing gets nice and smoky that way.
