First pellet grill, first brisket

Hello, new here and to pellet grills. I bought a rec Tec a couple weeks back and for my sons birthday tomorrow I'm going to attempt to make a perfect 10lb brisket. I was planning on keeping it on xtreme smoke mode @240 deg. until it hit 150-160 temp then wrapping it but wondering if that's going to be too much smoke flavor? How do you guys do it, any suggestions?
