First rib run on GMG

Just do a search on sparkys ribs. Works everytime. Change the rub to you likeing but time and temp are pretty spot on.

Just search Sparky... you will find many of his amazing rib cooks.

If I'm reading your question right, you already know how to do ribs but are looking for advice on doing them on a pellet cooker instead of your Stumps?

That is correct. Just wanting to know if there major differences thats all.

They'll probably cook a little faster with the convection fan moving air around.. My buddy had a Stump's Stretch, and there is a difference in cook times between it and my MAK.

Give it a shot your 'old' way, and see how they turn out! Maybe check 90 minutes earlier than you normally would..
