Thanks BP! I met Sterling because of class I was helping teach -- and he pings me and asks me to check out this little place... I have watched it grow, and grow... and NOT experience many of the growing pains you get with a broad internet audience. Most of that goes out to the folks here, that add GREAT content on a daily basis. This is a great forum, and my #1 place to send folks looking for cooking tips. I'm still trying to get over Nutella on a pork butt myself. Awesome stuff here, and good peeps. Thanks for separating the wheat from the chaff.

I'm not 'in the know'... I haven't logged in over there in at least a year. But that is one of the main reasons why LOL. BS level is too high. If anyone could turn it into a sale, that would be you BP. Lemon's to lemonade. Hmmm there's a topic for a contest... Pictures of how you took a bad cook, that might not have been salvageable.... and made it good!!

personally, and we are cool as far as I know. I do not care what pit you buy or from whom, I only came here to
share my love of cooking with others that feel the same. I did not set out to start any kind of Sh*t storm, which this
seems to have turned into. I HAVE not or WILL not, now or in the future bash this site or any other. Life is too short!
I am done with all of of this, and sadly feel that some how I may be the "bad guy" for just reaching out to you and telling
you of my experience.

smokencanuck....lets a take a deep breath...the whole situation caused a fire storm...but it can either divide all of us or we can just get back to what we are doing....thats cooking and enjoying each others ideas and company...I'm good with you and hope its mutual...now let me see some food!
