Green mountain temp questions

So I've been having some temperature woos. I have replaced my heat shield, removed the side heat deflectors (by recommendation of the gmg folks) and even had my temp controller replaced under warranty. The issue is I cannot get over 350 deg.. Any other recommendations?

Other stuff I tried was fully opening the chimney stack cover, verifying my foil wasn't disrupting airflow, and I picked up pellets from another batch last time I got some..

Ay advice appreciated. I love my pellets and really want to cook pizza again soon!

Where are you getting your temp readings from?

Some things you can try...

Clean the temp probe. Sometimes a dirty temp probe can cause a false reading confusing the controller.

Make sure the firepot is clean. Vacuum it out and you might want to remove the grid to get inside the interior and vacuum out anything in the air way.

Verify that your fan is turning properly. The GMG has a variable speed fan and should run at high speed until it gets to temp then it will pulse.

Otherwise you will need to contact GMG and have them diagnose the issue.

I would also add make sure you are using a quality high BTU pellet. I didnt see what you were using, but BBQ'rs Delight is what I would suggest. IF the pellets are "loose" break/crumble easily, there might be a moisture issue, or just a bad batch. It does happen.
Might not be the cooker at all.

I have been using gmg pellets since day 1. I have not taken the firebox apart to clean it, but vacuum regularly (after long smokes and every 2-3 short cooks). The issue is with dirty boxes or clean it doesn't matter. I will try really cleaning the inhaled probe alcohol or something like that. Thanks
