I have been grilling for years and just last year bought a Traeger junior. I cook on this little beast all the time. I got the little one since I can carry it out to my patio.
Things I smoke - Grill on it. I have 6 pounds of beefs going on tomorrow.

  • Beef ribs
  • pork ribs
  • pizza
  • cured pork belly for bacon
  • steaks
  • hamburgers
  • sasage

Left out
Chicken whole,
chicken wings
jerk cicken
