Grilling Indoors on a Pellet Grill

I am a newbie to this so here goes. I have a small charcoal grill with a hood and exhaust fan in my Florida room. I would like to change it to a pellet grill and use the hood and exhaust fan. So here are my questions..

Any reason why I couldn't swap it out?

Will the exhaust fan drawl to much heat/smoke and hinder the performance of the grill?

How many cfms would I need for the exhaust fan?

I would like a Yoder YS480 but is it over kill for an inside unit? Would it be better to get a GMG or Traeger? Or just go with a sheer bad-ass grill?

Thanks in advance!

I don't see any reason you can't swap it out.

I don't think it will hinder the performance of the grill, they work outside in the wind.

Cfm's I'm not sure on, do some testing with some pellets in tinfoil & see if it draws it up from counter level.

And go with the bad ass grill. I if you are looking at the the yoder YS480 you should consider the MAK 1STAR.
