My name is Josh, I've been lurking around here for almost a year now, so I thought I'd finally introduce myself. I Bought my Mak from the man himself (thanks for the amazing customer service, Sterling) just over a year ago, and thanks to everyone on this forum I've really learned a lot about pellet smoking and have had a blast.

I have had some good (and bad) experiences, a lot of pulled pork, ribs, and spatchcock chicken, but I'd have to say my favorite is a nice thick prime new york or ribeye reverse seared steak.

I remember meeting Josh in Costa Mesa at a comp. He and his wife sort of stood out from the regular bbq crowd! hahahah. We had a nice chat and Im super happy that he likes his choice!
