Just received my Grilla Grills silverbac the other day....she is all assembled and seasoned
Gonna do my first smoke this weekend....I'm thinking brisket for sure!

Welcome to the forum! Good luck with the brisket. If this is your first smoke, pork shoulder (i.e. pulled pork) is a lot more foolproof.
