Welcome! I too have a couple of ceramic grill/smokers (Kamado Joe Big Joe, and a Joe Jr.). Love em'!!! You looking to possibly ad a pellet grill/smoker to your arsenal? I added a MAK 1 Star a couple of months ago and can not believe how much I am enjoying it. It has quickly become my go-to smoker
