Hello,
I am from Port Washington, Wi 25 miles north of Milwaukee. I have been smoking for about 5 years. Started on and Masterbuilt stainless steel propane form Sams Club, and then bought a Traeger 075 texas last memorial day. I am happy with the grilling side of it, but not satisfies with the smoking at all. Hence the reason I am here. I could use some help bouncing problems off. Looking forward to sharing advice recipes, and good jokes of all kind.

You are actually having the opposite feelings that most do with the Traeger...They are for the most part temp limited and therefore a little weak on the grilling side....On the smoke side they are pretty decent.

Maybe we should talk about what pellets you are burning?
