Hello, fellow smoking enthusiasts. I am new to this world of pellet smoking and look forward to learning quite a bit from you guys. After tons of research, based on what i could afford, I am a proud new owner of a GMG DB. I look forward to chatting with a few of you and learning how to use this thing properly and producing quality edible goodies.

Thanks yall. Tent, i currently have a brisky on it, its at the 4 hour mark running at 225. Ill upload a photo here in a few.

EDIT: I tried uploading a photo, but i guess im not smart enough to figure it out. Ill try again later

SWEET got it to work!!! OK, so just a few things, based on knowledge i have learned, I dont wrap my brisket so i cook fat cap up. The V shaped cut on the left sidewas a void in the cap and the meat was slightly gray so i went ahead a cut it out when trimming. This was at the 4 hour mark at 225. IT was at 150*
