My wife and I just got our first pellet grill a Mak 1 star. We just got it this morning, We got the flame zone kit, and the bottom tray options. The side tray was back ordered. We can not wait to test this thing out. I am a long time oak wood smoker I which I got very tired of storing the wood and waiting for the wood to die down, more beer time though... So we are very happy to be part of the mak team.
