Hello ,I am not a pellet smoker yet,But I am getting ready to buy a pellet grill.I will have a lot of questions for all.I have be reading about Mak , Memphis, and Woodmaster grills. What to buy , I am not shure. I am hoping to learn from this form and buy one that will work for me. I started comp. cooking his year and I want a grill that I can use at home for steak also.I think that my wife will like cooking this winter with pellets rather than her weber kettle.

I sell MAK and Memphis and bought a woodmaster to test....It came broken and still is in pieces. The lower temp control is not great even for home cooks...I try all of the USA ones out and in my opinion MAK and MEmphis are the best choices.

Welcome from a North Carolina MAK owner. Love it! Wouldn't trade it for any of the other grills out there.

I love my Weber kettle, it's what I learned to smoke on. BUT I can tell you that my wife absolutely loves the MAK and being able to start it with the push of a button. She is already using the MAK a whole lot more than she ever thought of using the Weber.

Welcome aboard! Look hard at a MAK and give BPS a call, the great thing about them is they only sell what they would put on their own patio.

Welcome.

I had my choices down to Memphis Pro or MAK 2 Star and ended up with the MAK 2 Star. I love my MAK, but I am sure I would have been happy with either. I personally liked the features of the MAK. But either way, order from BPS and you won't be disappointed. The customer service is excellent!

As far as being able to grill a steak, I have a gasser, but why would I use it when I can get this from my MAK?
