Here comes Summer. Let the smokin begin

We just purchased our first pellet smoker, a Traeger 55. Its seems small, but should do for our family of 3 needs. Smokin some baby backs and spares right this moment. We know the spares will take longer, but that's ok, they were both on sale and that is the time to buy and learn... and eat. Look forward to a long and tasty Summer.
