What makes the Hasty Bake a good compliment to the MAK?

I have a Bradley digital 6 rack with an Auber single probe PID that I've literally put over 1 1/2 tons of Salmon through, along with all of the sausage, pork butts, bacon.....without a hitch. Lovin' it!
