first cook was a 9 lb prime rib roast boxing day
#2 was 6, 1/2 lb elk burgers...big family,big eaters LOL
Did a few home made pizzas...not a fan of thin crust but the flavour was great
pork ribs last night and just doing dome homemade turkey and cheese sausages now...pics to follow
I understand completely. I'm not a huge fan of thin crust either. We cook regular or thicker crust pizzas on pans at a lower temp (around 350° - 375°). The flavor is still awesome, just like from a wood pizza oven.
