Homemade Chorizo

Did 3 lbs of homemade mexican chorizo.

Mix it good, wrap, let it sit in fridge for a couple days.

Next, chorizo and egg burros

I hear ya.

Being a Calif guy i like the cactus, but my Amish raised wife (JK) being from PA dont like cactus.
