I am now a pellet smoker!

I am now the proud owner of a used Memphis Pro. First cook will come tomorrow tonight I burned it out. And WOW the smell of pellets in the back yard was amazing can't wait.

Thanks to all. Got a fatty on there now filled with mozzarella and onions and bell peppers seasoned with Big Poppas Desert Gold. Oh and a nice serving of Pepper Plant Garlic Sauce. From there it will be chicken breast seasoned with Rib Tickler, Black Pepper and BPS Desert gold. From there mine will be stuffed with a piece of the fatty and the rest for my love(she has to be all healthy). Pics to come soon.
