I finally had some time to do a little shopping at BPS...

My son was very excited to open the boxes with me asking when we can use the grill... :)

lets see some wings and faitas in the express thing. make some fish w/ the smoke on wheels chicken (its really for fish) and some dessert gold. the hasty bake greek on some chicken. ok, we can start there.

With all those spices and that great looking marinade machine, you have a lot of options. Chicken, fajitas, pistachios, you name it. The possibilities are endless! Enjoy the ride.

I need to find out how people use their ME... for seasonings other than the ones from ME.. just add seasoning and some water?
I need to read the instructions since I hope to get to play with it this weekend.

I just make marinades like I normally would and throw them in the ME

I'm with CarterQ, make the same mix you would put in a plastic bag and put it in the ME. Than instead of marinading overnight you only need 30min in the ME. Because the marinade and your product are in a vacuum the flavors of the marinade will be infused into the product.
