I love pellet grill pizza~

OK fired up the Memphis Elite..

Rolled out my dough on parchament paper

I do that for easy handling to get to the grill...I just flip the paper over and give the dough a little pre cook

Add my special pizza sauce....dont tell anyone but it is trader joes pizza sauce mixed with trader joes fresh buschetta....

pepperoni for me Little louie wanted plain cheese she gets what she wants she is the queen

Hey nothin' wrong with that! Heck, more often than not, we cheat even more. We just go down to our favorite Pizzeria and order a couple of take & bake pizzas.
